This year Embassy Central by Urbanland played host to the annual Cambodian Young Entrepreneur Awards 2019 Winner Selection Day. All finalists are business leaders in Cambodia and have been proven through a rigorous judging process, to be on merit, worthy recipients of the accolade.
The awards are divided into five categories namely: Woman Entrepreneur Award, Social Entrepreneur Award, Technology Entrepreneur Award, Start-up Entrepreneur Award and Outstanding Entrepreneur Award. They are highly sought-after reward by contestants as they demonstrate the dedication and commitment of individuals to superior performance.
The awards final round of judging took place on 16 July. 12 finalists were interviewed by an independent panel of experts chaired by the Junior Chamber International (JCI) and Young Entrepreneurs Association Cambodia (YEAC). The results category winners were announced at an exclusive Gala Dinner at the Sofitel Phokeetra in late July.
