Assistant Manager - Client Service

Job Objectives:

To develop and train the team to provide excellent customer service to clients in relation to claim service and other inquiries, and to provide timely sale support and manage insurance renewal

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage and proactively resolve all client requests/issues such as policy inquiries, claim issues, and quotations.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationship and services
  • The focuses of the role are on claim management, and on medical and auto insurance.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for certain a selected lines of insurance product
  • Provide trainings to junior staff
  • Provide product presentations to clients
  • Attend meeting with clients where required
  • Other tasks as required

Job Requirement:

  • Highly professional and ethical
  • At least 5 years of insurance experience in underwriting or claim
  • Experience in medical insurance would be advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer oriented
  • Fluent spoken and written Khmer and English
  • Open minded, very enthusiastic in learning new things, and ability to learn quickly
  • Attention to details
