Executive, Rewards & Employee Services

Job Objective:

The Employee Share Service Executive provides centralized HR operational support to employees and management across the Group. The role ensures consistent, accurate, and timely execution of HR services, including payroll administration, employee data management, benefits coordination, compliance with company policies, and process improvement. This position is designed to enhance employee experience, streamline HR operations, and support business efficiency through standardized services.

Job Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing and Compensation Administration

  • Administers monthly payroll by consolidating attendance, overtime, and salary adjustments. ·
  • Executes employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and resignations.

Employee Services & Documentation

  • Ensure HR policies and document processes comply with labor ministry regulations to stay up-to date with regulatory.
  • Monitor updates in labor laws and recommend necessary adjustments to HR policies and submit required reports to Ministry of Labor and Vocation Training.
  • Prepare and file regulatory reports related to employment compliance and tax deductions. ·
  • Respond to staff inquiries on corporate insurance and NSSF relate to the claiming process for staff benefits.

Labor Compliance & Regulations

  • Ensure HR and payroll practices comply with Cambodian Labor Law and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting reports to the Ministry of Labor and other relevant bodies.
  • Monitor NSSF registration, contribution reports, and insurance claims for employees.
  • Maintain awareness of changes in labor regulations and support necessary adjustments to HR procedures.

Administrative & HR Operations

  • Maintain HR records, update employee databases, and process HR-related documents in HR system.
  • Ensures data accuracy and confidentiality in line with company policy and labor regulations.
  • Prepares HR reports and dashboards to track headcount, turnover, and employee movement.
  • Provide information and guidance on other benefits to related teams and employees. · Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Employee Engagement & Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with HR team members across entities to standardize HR documentation practices.
  • Provide support and respond to employees’ queries related to compensation, benefits, and HR services.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives led by the Total Rewards & Employee Services team.

Job Requirements:

  • At least graduated bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration and Management, Entrepreneurship, Education or the equivalent fields
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance & Reward, HR System or related HR functions in HR Department.
  • Potential experience in business operation, hospitality, food & beverages, retails, and etc. · Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Critical Thinking, Problem Solving and Team Work
