Intern, Customer Experience

Job Objective:

Responsible on the administration, documentation and data entry for Customer Experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange handover kits and document on home to be handover
• Manage to facilitate with Project Management team to ensure the house is cleaned and ready for home handover
• Take over home’s key from contractor, do the report and arrange key tags
• Draft communication messages to Property Management telegram channel
• Data entry on Customer Experience report and record
• Daily property inspection
• Submit PR, PI to the system
• Customer experience documentation, folder management
• Any other tasks assign by the line manager

Job Requirements:

• University student or fresh graduated from hospitality or administration management or related field
• No experience required
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of MS Office
