Intern - Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in deliver excellent customer service to residents by resolving enquiries and requests on a timely basis.
  • Assist in responding to tenants by phone, email or messages on a timely manner
  • Assist in administrative works such as e.g. parking cards, lost cards, venue rental, tenant move in/out.
  • Other tasks as relevant and required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality/related skills.
  • Good in Speaking and writing English
  • Not require having experience.
