Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in deliver excellent customer service to residents by resolving enquiries and requests on a timely basis.
- Assist in responding to tenants by phone, email or messages on a timely manner
- Assist in administrative works such as e.g. parking cards, lost cards, venue rental, tenant move in/out.
- Other tasks as relevant and required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality/related skills.
- Good in Speaking and writing English
- Not require having experience.
