Marketing Supervisor (Architect Studio)

Job Summary:

Drive HKA & Parners presence on social media.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop dynamic social media campaigns for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn that effectively tell our story and engage our audience.
• Manage and create engaging content for our website that encapsulates our projects and mission.
• Keep up with the latest social media trends and consumer insights and apply this knowledge to our strategy.
• Produce creative short-form videos for social media platforms that visually represent the spirit of our work.
• Write compelling copy and design eye-catching visuals for our social media campaigns.
• Analyze the performance of our campaigns and marketing activities, using insights to continuously improve our strategy.
• Handle inquiries on our social media platforms, ensuring high-risk queries are quickly escalated to relevant team members.
• Prepare visually appealing collaterals that showcase our projects, including photographs, graphics, or animations.
• Drive earned media by establishing relationships with publishers and co-create engaging articles promote HKA & Partners.

Collaborate with partners to organize engaging events that promotes architecture and design community.

Job Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years in a similar role, preferably within the architecture or design industries
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Experience or current enrollment in a course for marketing, communications, or a similar field is a plus
• Proven expertise in short-form video production for social media platforms
• A deep understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
• An ambitious, self-motivated, and highly organized mindset
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Khmer
• A passion for marketing, design, and the transformative power of architecture
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet deadlines and objectives
