Job Objective:
The objective of this role is to play a critical role to ensure the reward and compensation benefit to our employee and proper process management following our company policy.
Job Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing and Compensation Administration
- Assist in preparing, validating, and processing monthly payroll data in collaboration with Finance and HR teams.
- Collect and verify attendance, overtime, and other payroll-related data from departments.
- Maintain payroll files, records, and related reports with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the preparation of monthly C&B analysis, including salary movement, allowance, and deduction reports.
- Coordinate with Finance for payment processing and reconciliation.
- Assist in annual salary review and bonus data consolidation.
Employee Services & Documentation
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, personnel files (P-Files), and employment history documentation.
- Manage new hire documentation, contract renewals, transfers, and offboarding processes.
- Support the preparation of HR-related letters, certificates, and internal announcements.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in employee databases.
Compliance & HR Operations Support
- Ensure HR and payroll practices comply with Cambodian Labor Law and company policies.
- Assist in preparing and submitting reports to the Ministry of Labor and other relevant bodies.
- Monitor NSSF registration, contribution reports, and insurance claims for employees.
- Maintain awareness of changes in labor regulations and support necessary adjustments to HR procedures.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare monthly headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics reports.
- Assist in generating and visualizing data insights using Excel or Power BI (if applicable).
- Support audit preparation and ensure all employee-related documents are audit-ready.
Employee Engagement & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with HR team members across entities to standardize HR documentation practices.
- Provide support and respond to employees’ queries related to compensation, benefits, and HR services.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives led by the Total Rewards & Employee Services team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, compensation & benefits, or employee services.
- Strong knowledge of HR documentation, payroll processes, and basic labor compliance.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.); Power BI skill is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial business is an advantage
