Supervisor, Digital Ads

Job Objectives

A digital marketing specialist who deals solely in the digital space as well as driving lead generation, reach and awareness and website visits for Urbanland and its projects. A good digital marketer works seamlessly with the rest of the marketing team and ensures all online activity complements offline efforts. He/she identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and touchpoints to better optimize marketing campaigns, social media email marketing, and display and search advertising.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and run digital ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more, including collaborations with content creators.
  • Build and refine digital ad strategies to generate quality leads and hit business goals.
  • Collaboratively work with digital and creative team to to craft and optimize content for top performance
  • Oversee all ad accounts for Urbanland and our sales consultants, from campaign setup and optimization to managing payments
  • Maintain and update Urbanland's websites and other company materials, continuously improving Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Develop monthly performance reports, offering data-driven recommendations and sharing key financial and statistical insights. Track monthly performance KPI vs. the annual KPI and propose the solutions if needed
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of real estate developments
  • Analyze competitor online activity and market data to understand target audiences. Attend relevant industry events and product launches.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing or
  • 3+ years' experience in digital ads management in B2B or B2C businesses
  • Experience of managing Meta business account, Tik Tok Ads account, Google ads dashboard and other relevant touchpoints
  • Experience of applying and executing digital marketing tactics and best practice, including SEO, video, email marketing and analytics
  • Experience of managing multiple tasks and projects as part of marketing campaigns
  • Portfolio of previous ads campaigns/ businesses/ brands
  • Curious and able to work well under pressure and towards tight deadlines
