Supervisor - Sales

Job Summary:

The responsibility of the role is to develop and manage sales strategic plan and assess costs to generate sales volume. She/he is also responsible for managing sales operations/ performance to meet annual sales target and achieve profitability, building relationship and understand customer trends throughout the time.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue.
  • Help develop accurate targeting, including identifying customer segment, opportunities and establishing balance long-term pipeline and short-term revenue.
  • Establish long-term & trustful relationships with customers and other business partners.
  • Be proactive in dealing with complex situations and to achieving sales targets.
  • Understand business to ensure its financial health striking the balance between sales, operating expenses, and profits.
  • Be able to provide training and coaching to the team.
  • Set individual sales target/KPI for sales and sales support team.
  • Timely produce and analyze sale report for the progression of the business operations.
  • Ensure members of the sales and sales support teams have necessary resources to perform their jobs.
  • Support marketing plans to grow Chankiri brand influence.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of competitors and market trends.
  • Control sales expenses and monitor sales budgets.
  • Provide cost- effective strategic action plan to upsell the volume and make high profitability to the company.
  • Manage sales target and incentive scheme to sales and sales support team, KPI Setting to align the business plan/ objective.
  • Managing business, operational and compliance risks to avoid delays, legal or financial penalties or reputational damage; complaint handling and managing customer satisfaction throughout the business branding.

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or administration or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales or marketing from real estate, construction industry or related industry.
  • Possessing a deep and thorough understanding of the real estate and construction industry and its market updates.
  • Capability to manage various projects and tight to deadline.
  • The ability to foster a sense of team spirit, and foster good, cohesive, and collaborative working relationships with other departments within the organisation
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Proven good verbal and written communication in both English and Khmer.
