In recent years, the area of 60-Metre Road and Prek Thnaot area have become a potential area for investments and development in Cambodia, especially the Prek Thnaot area. It is undergoing rapid growth, surrounded by the development of residential projects, schools, and infrastructure such Techo Takhmao International Airport, and the upcoming Preah Monivong the grand interchange, that will direct important traffic of the capital.
