Phnom Penh – 03 October 2025 – Urbanland, one of Cambodia’s leading real estate developers, is proud to announce a strategic partnership with Eco International School, a dynamic educational institution offering both the British curriculum and the Cambodian national curriculum. This collaboration marks a milestone in Urbanland’s commitment to enriching communities with not only quality living but also meaningful developments in the country.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Kang Hok, CEO of Urbanland and Co-Founders of Eco International School, Mr. Seng Vitin, and Mr. Chang Bunleang, as well as many other members. The partnership highlights the growing mixed-use business and lifestyle hub - ISI PARK Veng Sreng, and Urbanland’s ambitious masterplan development, which already includes ISI TOWER, K Mall Veng Sreng, Chankiri Shophouses, and AIA football stadium. The addition of Eco International School to this vibrant ecosystem is set to strengthen further the park’s role as a one-stop destination where people can live, work, and play.
With three established campuses, Eco International School proudly serves a diverse community of over 20 nationalities and more than 400 students. The first phase of this school project will start accepting students from August 2026, with a capacity to receive 360 students from early years to Grade 2. The second phase will begin in 2029 with a capacity to receive 440 students from early years to Grade 12.
This collaboration aligns seamlessly with ISI PARK Veng Sreng’s future vision of becoming a flourishing hub in Phnom Penh.
