ISI PARK: On 06 December 2023, ISI GROUP and Urbanland held a “Media Night” press conference at the at ISI Tower to highlight their groundbreaking projects, unveil ISI PARK Veng Sreng, and celebrate the resounding success of K Mall in its second year of operations. The Media Night event was attended by Mr. Leng Kang, CEO of ISI GROUP, Mr. Hok Kang, Co-founder and CEO of Urbanland, distinguished industry leaders, key stakeholders, and partners of ISI GROUP and Urbanland, as well as members of the media, to reveal exciting upcoming developments in ISI PARK Veng Sreng and insights into the future of the Veng Sreng area.
Over 25 years ago, the area ISI PARK Veng Sreng currently sits on was a vast expanse of rice fields on the outskirts of Phnom Penh. Over 10 years, founders of ISI GROUP developed a thriving industrial park that came to be known as the "Blue-Roof" dormitories and factory buildings that still grace the site today. Following Urbanland’s masterplan, ISI PARK Veng Sreng is emerging from an industrial zone into a premier mixed-use business and lifestyle hub with modern infrastructure and facilities to integrate businesses, innovations, and lifestyle in the area. This first development phase consists of the iconic ISI Tower, the vibrant K Mall, Shophouses, and, in recent times, the new AIA stadium and its Cambodian Premier League team, ISI Dangkor Senchey FC.
